THIS is how you jazz up a pork tenderloin y’all!!!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
EIEIO’s Fig and Olive Tapenade
5 tblsp Dijon Mustard & 5 tblsp local honey
DIRECTIONS
Put 1/4 jar of tapenade inside a pork tenderloin
Roll the tenderloin
Lather with dijon mustard & honey
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
