Baked Salmon with EIEIO'S Cilantro Pecan Pesto & Crunch= Healthy and MUY DELICIOSO!



1. Put sturdy pieces of sour dough(our fave) bread crumbs and parmesan in the blender and grind.

2. Rinse and pat dry salmon filets.

3. Top with a big tsp of EIEIO'S Cilantro Pecan pesto and homemade parmesan bread crumb mix(try not to use store bought bread crumbs-not nearly as light, crunchy & delish!)

4. Bake at approx 375 for 12 minutes while you steam up the broccoli to go alongside!
