Spread either olive oil or EIEIO'S Garlic Aioli lightly on sliced French bread and grill quickly then top with EIEIO'S Sun Dried Bruschetta! I like to sprinkle a little parmesan on top too sometimes. This makes an incredible accompaniment for any pasta dishes or just on it's own as a luscious appetizer with a buttery Chardonnay...oh yea!!
