Or try using our Cilantro Pecan Pesto instead of Aioli! Whichever you prefer…or both!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp EIEIO Garlic Aioli on each filet

  • 4 Salmon fillets (4 oz each)

  • Lemon wedges

  • Chopped Parsely


DIRECTIONS

  • Place 1 Tsp of Aioli and 2 thin slices of Lemon underneath the Salmon Fillet (place in oven SKIN side up!)

  • Bake 8-10 mins

  • Remove skin, place on plate & top with additional EIEIO Aioli! So easy and delicious!
