Nice Pie Crust
Approx 10 tomatoes-different sizes and colors
block of Gruyere Cheese
Jar of EIEIO Aioli Mayo
big handful of fresh basil
Cover base of pie shell with 1/3 shredded gruyere
arrange sliced tomatoes
sprinkle on 1/2 chopped basil
drop 5 dollops EIEIO Aioli Mayo around
cover w/1/3 more gruyere, then more tomato slices, basil, mayo
Top with last 1/3 of Gruyere and cover with aluminum foil
Bake at 375 for approx 25-30 minutes
remove sprinkle w/more fresh basil and ENJOY!!!
