EIEIO’s Deviled Eggs

Servings 4 servings

Prep time 30 minutes

Cooking time 40 minutes

Sometimes i’ll add some finely diced up dill pickle pieces…or finely diced bread & butter pickles if ya like your deviled eggs sweet!


  • 12 hard boiled eggs

  • 2-3 tbsp EIEIO’s Garlic Mayo

  • 1-1.5 tsps chopped capers

  • 1/2 tsp-tsp Dry mustard powder

  • Smoked Paprika


  • Boil 12 eggs.

  • Cut in half.

  • Remove solid yolk and put in separate bowl

  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of EIEIO’s Aioli and dry mustard powder

  • Add 1 tsp chopped capers

  • Blend together

  • Fill egg white cups with yolk mixture and refrigerate.

  • Sprinkle w/smoked paprika and either cover & refrigerate or GOBBLE THEM UP!!!!
