Sometimes i’ll add some finely diced up dill pickle pieces…or finely diced bread & butter pickles if ya like your deviled eggs sweet!
12 hard boiled eggs
2-3 tbsp EIEIO’s Garlic Mayo
1-1.5 tsps chopped capers
1/2 tsp-tsp Dry mustard powder
Boil 12 eggs.
Cut in half.
Remove solid yolk and put in separate bowl
Add 2-3 tablespoons of EIEIO’s Aioli and dry mustard powder
Add 1 tsp chopped capers
Fill egg white cups with yolk mixture and refrigerate.
Sprinkle w/smoked paprika and either cover & refrigerate or GOBBLE THEM UP!!!!
