  • EIEIO’S Cilantro Pecan Pesto

  • Toast

  • Tomato

  • Avo

  • Maybe even a little feta cheese!

  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Directions

  • Make toast
  • Fry or scramble egg
  • Spread EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto on toast
  • Slice tomato and avo
  • Stack it up on the bread, and ENJOY!
