This gourmet vegan addition was inspired from a trip I took to Italy years ago-I saw beautiful orchards of Fig trees, orchards of Olive trees but never found them “married” into one spread! After growing figs at EIEIO for years I thought who doesn’t like Balsamic Vinegar right? I was already growing Thyme, Rosemary & Garlic so there ya go-TAPENADE to die for! block of brie, add some nice crackers or toasted
French Bread and Voila…HAPPY HOUR! I put it on pork chops recently and almost started crying it was so incredibly good! Love it in rice or on pizza too!
