Ingredients

  • EIEIO’S Cilantro Pecan Pesto

  • Toast

  • EIEIO Tomato Bruschetta

  • Avocado & Tomato slices

  • Feta cheese

  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Directions

  • Make toast
  • Spread EIEIO Cilantro Pecan Pesto on toast-thicker the better
  • Add avocado slices on top
  • Fry 2 eggs and place on top of avocado
  • Place EIEIO Tomato Bruschetta or sliced tomato then sprinkle salt, pepper and Feta cheese on top! OH YEAH BABY!!!
