Brussel Sprouts

I’ve added bacon bits to this too….just sayin’!

Ingredients

  • 20 brussel sprouts

  • EIEIO FIG & OLIVE TAPENADE

  • Olive Oil & 2 chopped garlic cloves

  • Water

  • 1/4 raw purple onion diced

Directions

  • Cut brussel sprouts in half and saute in tblsp of olive oil and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves for 4 minutes-Splash 5 tblsps worth of water on top of brussel sprouts and cover for 4 minutes until sprouts are partially softened
  • uncover and. add chopped onion and 3-4 tblsps of EIEIO Tapenade. Cover again for 1-2 minutes until steamy and then VOILA! Time to serve!!

Notes

  • This is a vegan recipe. If you want to really splurge, you can also add bacon bits at the last minute.
