EIEIO CSA Program
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a direct, mutually beneficial connection to your farmer. By supporting local farms today you can help ensure that there will be farms in our community tomorrow growing nutritional produce
in abundance!

Be one of the many families that now spend their dollar with a local farmer rather than supporting the industrial food business.

Our produce is hand-harvested within 24 hours of receiving your basket. It is crisp, sweet, loaded with flavor and at the peak of nutritional value.

A basket is approximately a half bushel bag of
6-7 kinds of organic vegetables and should feed a family of 2-5 per week. Split a membership with a friend! Wimberley members pick up their baskets each week at the farm.

Options to Join: 10, 12 or 15 weeks for ONLY $30 per week!! Just email and we’ll send you out our simple application to sign and return with your deposit!

Fall/Winter: Spinach, kale, mustard greens, wonderful romaine & gourmet lettuces, peppers, cucumbers, leeks, carrots, radishes, beets, swiss chard, winter squashes, brussel sprouts, green beans, apples, heirloom tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, shallots, onions y mas!
